Corporate Headquartered at Mumbai with Manufacturing Plants in Gujarat,  Mining Sites in Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand. Hydrocarbons (Offshore & Onshore Oil & Gas) Sites in Mumbai Basin,  and KG Basin, Andhra Pradesh. Group is one of largest Exporter of Stainless Steel Flanges, Seamless Tubes & Pipes,  and Long Products to the World, from India. Collective People Strengths are approximately 3500. 
  • Secretary General – Association of Discovered Small Field Operators (ADSFO), Mumbai, Policy Facilitation with  Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, Noida, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, New Delhi Government of Gujarat Energy & Petrochemicals Secretariat, Government of Andhra Pradesh Secretariat and with  the Chief Secretaries of Hydrocarbon Projects of Association Members. 
  • Regional Director (West Zone Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa & UTs) – Chamber for Promotion and Facilitation of  Innovative Business (CPFIB), New Delhi. 
  • Worked 10 years, (2002-2012) with Prominent Industrial Houses – Aditya Birla Group, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, KKCL  Reliance Group at Veraval, Ahmedabad, Mumbai respectively, from Managerial Level to Vice President – Human  Resources, Organization Restructuring, Design and Development. 
  • Worked 14 years, (1988-2002) with Central PSUs – GAIL, Guna (MP), NTPC (at Shimla/ Rampur Project Himachal  Pradesh), & IIM Lucknow, Roles: Management Trainee – Personnel to Post Graduate Teaching, Training, Skill Building,  Empirical Researcher, and Faculty – HR & OB.

POLICY MODELLING FACILITATIONS:

  • Led South Gujarat Power Consumer Association (Industrial Segments), on reduction of Open Access Charges to  Electrical Consumers (Majorly Textile, Steel and Pharma Units). GoG imposition of higher charges of STOA, SLDC  charges, (Including HC Case). Represented Shri Piyush Goyal, MoP on reduction of Power Tariff to States, as  committed by Center (June 22, 2016), and Opening of STOA to South Gujarat Industrial Consumers, 2012-18. 
  • Suggested Reforms brought in by the Ministry of Mines, Government of India through Schedule-III Mineral Lists, under  consideration with AMD, MoM, relaxing REE Minerals to the Private Miners 
  • Lead DSF Operators to Dr. Dharmendra Pradhan, former Minister MoPNG, Secretary – Petroleum for Grant of  additional 2-year Development Period for Oil & Gas Projects, Reduction of BGs, Royalties, Dead Rents, and waiver of  State Taxes, for Covid-19 Period, Granted. 
  • Led and incubated to establish India’s 1st Underground Potash Research Mine at Village Kalu, District Bikaner, for the  Solution Mining of Potash (Depth 750 Meter), in collaboration with CSIR-Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research  (CIMFR), Dhanbad, NITI Aayog Member Padam Vibhusan Dr V K Saraswat, pending clearances with IBM/ MoM, GoI,  New Delhi. 
  • Representation and Facilitation on Revenue Sharing Regime for Oil & Gas Blocks Bidding on balanced 50:50 Approach, implemented by DGH, MoPNG in DSF-III; 
  • Led Steel Producers on enhanced Excise Duty on Export, to MoS, MoF, representations on Excise Duty reduction,  revocation by MoF, GoI, New Delhi; 
  • On the Committee of DSF Projects Lending Norms, formulated by the Secretary – Petroleum & Natural Gas,  Government of India, on behalf of Oil & Gas Field Producers Association (ADSFO); 
  • Regular Policy Interaction with GOI, Niti Aayog, Ministry of Steel, Ministry of Mines, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural  Gas, Government of India, Government of Jharkhand, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Government of Rajasthan, Government of Gujarat, Government of Andhra Pradesh on the Policy realignment, business augmentation, Sectorial  Policy Reforms, and other series of subjects.
